Installing Remote Support Software

We try to provide support via a program called AnyDesk

  1. Please download it via
  2. Once installed you need to configure “Unattended Access”.  Click “Set Password for unattended access”           Please see for help
  3. Please email your anydesk ID to [email protected]

We will remotely connect you may need to be present the first time. Afterwards we should not need you present but will always contact you if we need access.
